“The staff (maybe manager)at the time of check in was courteous. The next day, when checking out, the person doing the transaction was not very nice and a bit condescending. I checked in with 2 small pups, which I notified them of, and all he talked about was the rule of checking in with pups. I told him I had notified them but just kept talking over me. Won’t be staying there again.”
