“Didn't stay in the room. Bugs were coming out from under things and even got in our food! Smoke detector was disassembled and beds had mold on them. When we packed up and left we went to the front desk to explain and show videos. They acknowledged they have been experiencing big problems and agreed to refund our stay ( less than 2 hours). When Expedia reached out to get approval for the refund they refused to answer the phone!! I paid 80 bucks for nothing and ended up staying elsewhere for...

“The staff was friendly and welcoming. We were disappointed to discover that the pool advertised on Expedia is permanently closed, according to the staff. The pool was the main reason we chose to book this hotel, so having accurate information on Expedia would have been helpful. The room appeared to be partially renovated. “Clean appearance to everything though we did find an odd looking bug on one of the beds. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the night was reasonably priced. AC worked amazingly and the shower had food pressure. Would stay there again but I'd check with the staff before hand to ask if the room had been treated with pesticides or something.”
