“There was no one else at the hotel in the huge parking lot. It was very run down. Too scary to stay as a single woman. I spoke w a police officer parked down from the hotel and he said don't stay there. Apparently, the hotel has been condemned. This needs to be removed from my charge.”

“The waterpark itself was clean, and wasn't crowded when we were there (5/2/26) and quite managable compared to some larger competition (Kalahari). Both days we were there the hot tub was FREEZING, really uncomfortably cold. The hotel was fine, there was enough to eat and drink in a pinch but I would highly recommend dining off-site. The variety was lacking, but the staffing was problematic. Service was painfully slow, and I waited 25 minutes in line for a plain black cup of coffee because...

“The mountain view was really nice nothing in the game room work properly our little girl was disappointed. The restaurant staff was great,but the indoor pool wasn't ready the day we arrived but good the next day. Parking was no problem, lots to in the area.”
