You entered from the outside like a motel. The door was not very secure. You could see light coming in all around the door. The hotel was located on the lake but had no beach. “Nothing fancy but a nice hotel! Clean and with helpful staff. Breakfast had a few hot options, yoghurt, cereal, fruit, etc.”

“They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. ”

“Location is convenient. Beds are decent. Some staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We were staying one week and needed to work on our laptop and requested an extra chair in our room. The immediate response was unfriendly and a hard “no.” Decor is cold and uninviting (cold grey paint). Painting over mouldy caulking and mouldy paint is just lipstick on a pig.”

“I was disappointed to learn when I got to the hotel. That there was no food service on-site. There is a restaurant, but that was booked out for a large group. I reached out to the front desk to see if they had a toothbrush, because I forgot mine, and they didn't. The HVAC in the room was very loud but bed was comfortable.”
