“Clean, quiet room and a friendly staff made for a nice stay. Beautiful area to visit, would definitely stay there again !”

“The towels and wash clothes were stained and dirty. The drapes did not completely cover the front window which allowed the bright light outside to enter the room. Who wants to sleep with the light on? The small shampoo bottle provided was already open and only half full. The sink had hot water but the shower did not. It was obvious that water had been leaking for quite some time at the top of the front window and mold clearly evident.”

“The A/C kept coming on and going off. I didn’t know if the wall thermostat or the thermostat on the unit was the correct control. Otherwise, it was a good stay. ”

“The staff was very accommodating. We travel with our two small dogs and they booked us into a main floor room. Plus one of our dogs is diabetic requiring that his insulin is kept cool during travel. The lovely lady at the front desk put our freezer packs in the freezer until we checked out.”

“Pool was dirty. Bathroom eas too smsll. Overalk the property was in disrepair. Staff was confused. Two desk clerks told me no problem withvearly check out after zi showed them Experia coomment to check with staff. They told me to just check out. The day i checked out, the desk clerk would not give me a recreipt and to go through Expedia. Very rude. ”

“The power was out for 2 hrs roughly. No air, no lights, no nothing. The room has ants and other insects. The bathroom had areas that didn't seemed to be very clean. The hotel looked old I side and not kept. The best part was the service by the employees.”

“When I booked this hotel online, it showed a nice lobby. We were shocked it was an outside entry hotel. No elevator. We had to take old steel steps upstairs. My husband is disabled so of course all they had was upstair rooms. It's 2 levels in a blighted area where homeless were walking. Unfortunately, we had no choice because there were so many graduations and ceremonies going on, that our hotel we stayed at before was charging $300 a night.
