“Nice property. Helpful staff. Unfortunately, in the loft room there is no fans or air conditioning in the second level. It was difficult to get any sleep. There is also a skylight window above the bed that did not have a shade option. So you were woken when the sun rose. A number of dogs at the pet friendly lodge barked for hours when their owners were not there. “This is an incredible stay in the Catskills capping off a weekend of hiking and sight seeing. It’s a bit pricey, it you get what you pay for. The soaking tubs, overall vibe, and sauna really make it effortless relaxation.”

“It is a lovely facility. The staff is kind and helpful. We had some confusion on checking in, I had apparently booked a room without a private bath or closet. As we were there to attend a wedding, I wanted my own bathroom and a place to hang our "dressup" clothes. They were able to change our room and accomodate us.”
