“Poor quality service with an argumentative clerk at check in. For some reason, my stay was inelegiable for rewards point (first time Ive ever been told this) and her excuse was that these points cost the hotel money therefor not everyone qualifies. I travel to Bridgewater on a regular basis for work and will now be staying at another hotel that appreciates return visitors. The hotel wont have to worry about spending money on me again.”

There was active construction during the day and access to rooms was limited or through the construction zone. The room itself had double beds that were very uncomfortable. “Felt more like a boarding house than quaint b&b?… and the stairs to rooms are a killer…long steep stairs with a suitcase is difficult and awkward & should be considered by anyone booking there with any sort of disability. Check the street parking bylaws too… I went in off season so apparently wasn’t really checking/ticketing for the hours I was parked near hotel … that crossed some of those paid hours… but paid parking was only option I saw otherwise if parked btw 9-5 pm”
