“We were welcomed by Ana who was always kind, polite and smiling! The room was ok with a great lake view.”

“All was great but there was no hot water so we had to take cold showers. Brittany at front desk was phenomenal and made up for the issue but the actual maintenance mgr who we ran into in the elevator on our way out was useless. Will stay there again this was a one off.”

“Arrivati qui poiché le strutture vicine non avevano posto ci siamo subito accorti del motivo....vasca scrostata, tubature arrugginite, parti dell'impianto di condizionamento scrostate e rotte, camera piena di ragnatele, lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati. La struttura necessita di ampia ristrutturazione se almeno fosse pulita a fondo sarebbe tollerabile. Inoltre per un prezzo esagerato non fornisce colazione e neanche il caffè di cortesia. “Tipico Best Western lungo la strada, per cui comodo da raggiungere e parcheggiare l’auto. Ottimo il ristorante al suo interno. Ha una piscina ”

“L'unica cosa che non mi piace nei motel (che sono per loro natura strutture modeste) è l'odore quando si entra in camera. Dal momento che non hanno finestre (o le hanno molto piccole) suggerirei di tenere aperte il più possibile le porte (per far uscire l'odore del precedente ospite) e spruzzare del profumo da interni. La gestione comunque è buona e la colazione è discreta.”

“Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too....
