Hotel vicino a Big Sandy Bay Management Area - Frontenac Islands

“Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura come base di appoggio per visitare le Thousand Islands. L'hotel è collegato alla Queens university ed è sede di congressi, dotato di camere pulite e spaziose nonchè di parcheggio gratuito. Lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile.Nelle immediate vicinanze non c'è nulla ma spostandosi con l'auto a 5 minuti ci sono ristoranti e locali vari. ”

“There was a great selection for breakfast and outdoor seating available in what was once the lounge. It would have been nice to have a cocktail in the evening, so it would be a thing for the hotel to consider reopening the lounge! It is walking distance to restaurants and a peaceful park at the waterfront made this a lovely spot for a morning walk. The staff was so helpful when I was unhappy with the view from my room. I was given a room overlooking the water and everything was wonderful.”

“This was our third time staying at this Inn, in the same room in the coachhouse. It's a beautiful mansion and the location is perfect. You can park when you get there and walk everywhere. Downtown and the waterfront are all in walking distance. We took our bicycles the first time but just decided to walk everywhere and have continued with that. The breakfast is selfserve but there are ample choices: tea, coffee, juices, yogurt, scones, jam, muffins, fruit salad, fresh fruit, and daily...

“The property was clean, modern , great decor, super location and wonderful staff. The would have been a 5 star rating but on our last day the parking garage was being worked on and the chemical smell coming up into the hotel was unbearable causing me a violent headache.”

“The room door sticks so it was hard to open and hard to shut. The same for the door of the balcony very hard to open or close. This was a solid door not a glass patio door, very outdated. Mold around the bathtub, cracks in the ceiling.The room had 2 queen beds and one bed was literally about a foot away from the air conditioner no one could sleep there the cold air was blowing in your face! The air conditioner was very noisy very hard to sleep.”

“L'unica cosa che non mi piace nei motel (che sono per loro natura strutture modeste) è l'odore quando si entra in camera. Dal momento che non hanno finestre (o le hanno molto piccole) suggerirei di tenere aperte il più possibile le porte (per far uscire l'odore del precedente ospite) e spruzzare del profumo da interni. La gestione comunque è buona e la colazione è discreta.”
