“Check-in was easy. My room was so spacious and clean. The staff was kind enough to switch out my down pillows for hypoallergenic ones. The fireplace in the living room was a bonus. Parking was easy. It was super quiet. There was a full, well stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Bathroom was dirty , Room was dirty , Towels were used . Tub and sink was dirty . Sheets and Bedding looked as if they haven’t been changed . Overall everything was nasty and dirty”

“Front desk rep had reprimanded an employee while we were waiting to check in. She also was a little fiesty with me, when I asked to extended my stay. They didn’t clean the room in the two days that I stood but they were nice enough to replenish our linens and toiletries. Not terrible for a last minute stay overall.”

“I love this hotel! The staff is ALWAYS friendly, even late at night which is when I usually arrive. My daughter attends DSU and it is local to the school, so this I always my hotel choice in the area. The hotel is clean and the renovations have made it even nicer.”

“We stayed in room 205. We arrived late to check in and had a difficult time getting inside. We rang the bells several times and then eventually called and someone finally came to the front desk to buzz us in. The smell when we arrived and after housekeeping cleaned the room was not very pleasant. The toilet seat did not have a cover which is not very sanitary. Netflix stopped working on the television. The front desk attendant said to try restarting everything because he wasn’t sure how to fix...

“When my daughter and I walked into our room, the toilet seat was up and the water was running. The bowl was stained brownish red and there were pubic hairs on rim. There were two queen beds. Mine had definitely been slept in and not changed. There were long hair strands on one of my three pillows and in the bed as well as small short black hairs on top and under the top sheet. There were also hairs in the moldy shower. It really was gross. Not what I would expect for one night at $139”

“The room was clean and spacious. Loved the size of the refrigerator and that the bathroom didn’t seem cluttered because towels and cloths had their own area.Room was easily warmed. There are restaurants nearby so there is a variety.”

“The room was clean and the staff were polite, but they offered a terrible breakfast. I had to go out and buy food for own food. Only offered make your own waffles, packaged muffins and white bread to toast. No eggs or protein. Poor!”
