Once we got settled into our room, it was fine. But we didn't realize that this is an extended stay facility with limited customer service. Clean room, staff was nice and helpful. Bed was terrible, I had a backache for several days after stay. Also, the back entrance door worked after the first time. We always had to use the front door or prop the door open when we went out to car or for food.
