“For the price the cleanliness was a big let down. The staff was friendly and we only spent one night so crashed out, and skipped using the dirty shower or staying any longer than we had to. The staff was friendly and helpful for the little that we needed help with. ”

“For the price, I really expected more. We asked for extra coffee for the room twice and never got it. The room was average for the area. We found trash on the floor of our room and under the sides of the bed like it had been overlooked when the room was cleaned. Staff was not friendly or helpful like I would expect on this price point. Overall nice property but nothing special. I have stayed at friendlier and nicer establishments in the area at the same rate. ”

“The walls are very thin and you can clearly hear conversations in neighboring rooms. There was a long wait for the elevators. When the air turns on in the room it has a musty odor. ”

“Clean room, friendly staff! The only issue was the sink didn’t drain quickly, which sucks when brushing your teeth 😊 not a major issue though. We were in the 1st floor and heard some loud banging at night. I wasn’t sure what that was. ”

“The White House was highly recommended from friends but our stay was far from a good experience. To start with, our room on the first floor (107) had a very pungent odor that was attempted to be covered up with glade plug-ins. The odor was a mixture of moldew/mold and a very strong fragrance. It made breathing very difficult and within minutes our throats were irritated and muly wifes felt as though it were closing. We immediately found the plug-in unplugged it and turned on the bathroom vent....
