“I had booked this hotel, over the internet 2 days before we were to go and stay there and had received confirmation that it was accepted and paid for. However, when we finally got there we were told there was no booking and we would have to pay again!!!!!!! I showed them the confirmation number but they did not believe me and were very rude. Consequently we did not stay there and we had to get a taxi to another hotel. Would not recommend this place at all.”
“This is my second time staying at the Pullman. I highly recommend staying at this hotel as they have loads of high quality amenities making our stay very comfortable.
Loved the breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The staff is incredibly courteous. A huge thank you to Dolores and Michel Kouame for allowing us to stay a few hours past our checkout time. This facilitated things for us as we were traveling with an 11 month old. ”
