“The hallways smelled like pot, the elevator smelled musty, the room smelled like a dog had been living there for months. The carpet had stains in the hallway and the room and was coming loose from the floor in many places. The couch in the room had dog hair all over it. A few of the ceiling tiles were not in place and one of them showed daylight through it. The inside lock on one of the doors to the room was broken and one of the smoke detectors was hanging down from the ceiling. The breakfast...

“The room was clean, however, there were hundreds of cigarette stubs lying outside my room and were not cleaned during the length of the stay. Driveway was not maintained and was uneven.”
