  • Finca Ses Veles is a bright and cosy villa situated in a stunning rural setting in Alaró, one of Mallorca’s most charming villages. Its location is ideal: right in the heart of the island, with excellent transport links, just 25 minutes from Palma and with easy access to every corner of Mallorca.



    From the moment you arrive, the house invites you to relax and spend quality time together, making it perfect for families and groups seeking peace and quiet without sacrificing proximity to everything.



    The villa has three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, offering maximum comfort throughout your stay.



    The outdoor space is one of its main attractions: a private swimming pool, a barbecue area and a lush, open garden where you can enjoy the sun, the peace and quiet, and the views of the countryside.

Finca Ses Veles is a truly beautiful place, and we had an amazing stay there. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The finca itself is very stastefully designed, with great attention to detail. Joan was an excellent host — always helpful, quick to respond, and very welcoming throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

3 of us stayed here for 5 days and it was one of the best houses i have ever stayed at, the pool was

3 of us stayed here for 5 days and it was one of the best houses i have ever stayed at, the pool was lovely, the grass and all the plants were well kept making the environment and mood overall better. The lights near the pool didn’t turn on and if you don’t have a car its kind of far to get into town but everything else was fantastic, would recommend and will definitely be coming here again.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war so wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben. Toller Außenbereich, super ruhige Lage, große Räumlichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war auch super. Er hat immer innerhalb von 30 geantwortet und war super proactive, vorausschauend und super nett. Super Lage für uns! 30min bis zum Flughafen und ca. 45-60min bis zu jeglichen Stränden in der Umgebung.

Heerlijk huis, afgelegen maar alles binnen een half uur rijden

Huis is erg mooi! Ruim en heerlijk prive gelegen! Heerlijk zwembad en lekker loungen Het huis heeft geen airconditioning, dit is echt een tegenvaller. Ventilatoren waren er wel. Maar erg warm-benauwd binnen ondanks alles dicht overdag

Our host, Joan, truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, taken care of and felt right at home. There's a reason some are Superhosts - Joan is truly one of them in every sense! The house is basic, but has all you need, if you're looking for a no-frill kinda place, that is well located. The host makes all the difference though, would recommend booking any of his listings!

The villa was absolutely stunning and set in the most beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Joan was easily contactable and very responsive to our messages. He was really very helpful and kind. We arrived late at night and the check in was flexible. The villa was clean, comfortable and homely and a lot nicer than expected. The pool was clean, as was the house. We had the best time and cannot wait to return. Thank you for being a great host.

An amazing place to stay with a wonderful host

An amazing place to stay with a wonderful host. The house was clean, comfortable, and Joan was incredibly accommodating, always communicating quickly and making sure everything went smoothly. While the bedroom photos were slightly outdated, they still accurately represented the space. It’s also worth noting that the bed configuration differed slightly from the listing, with 2 double beds and 2 single beds rather than 6 single beds. This didn’t take away from what was a lovely stay, but it may be helpful information for future guests. For future guests, I’d recommend hiring a car, as the property is a little further from the main attractions and town centre. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend both Joan as a host and her beautiful home to anyone visiting the area.
