“Overpriced stayed for what was offered. We were forced to stay in the airport because of a conference. The room was not clean, basics commodity offered. Once I asked to replace the towel on a 5night stay they even forgot to replace the shower carpet and one towel. I asked the reception and they never brought the little shower carpet to the room. Coffee and tea bags were refilled only once.City taxes are redicously higher (more than ten euro again). Customer service is inexistent. It is a pity as...

“All was nice and smooth! Friendly and professional staff, since the moment I jumped in for the check-in. The place is lovely and clean. The room was clean too, comfortable and bright. The area is quiet and silent. I couldn't spot restaurants or shops nearby, it's pretty much a nice residential area cloese to TU Delft and not very far from the city centre. It takes about 15/20 mins walking both to get to the Station and to the city centre. There're buses too about 5/6 mins far away. There's the...

“The room was good, clean, excellent shower, bed and a desk. Did not try the breakfast. Although the room was great and I will certainly return, some of the other areas of the hotel were a little tired and outdated. No bar on-site is a limitation too because sometimes you don’t want to leave the hotel but want to get out of the room. Location was excellent. Staff was friendly.”
