Everything is so good, from smiley staff to comfortable and clean room, not to mention the good food at Rampah cafe. We were greeted by friendly n helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Service staff at front counter and Rampah cafe were very helpful. The room is nice n clean and with spectacular sea view and pool view. Lagoi bay is beautiful.
And when the shuttle bus came late for our pick up to the ferry terminal, their staff took the initiative to send us is hotel’s private vehicle! So impressive. I am already planning my next weekend getaway at Four Points Sheraton !
