“La location è buona essendo a metà strada tra aeroporto e centro città. Il ristorante è nella media. Quello che non mi è piaciuto del servizio è che ho trovato la porta aperta sia quando ho preso la camera che al ritorno la sera. Sembra che la cameriera non si degna di chiudere la camera. Per fortuna non mi hanno rubato niente ma…di notte ho dovuto pagare il taxi perché lo shuttle non funziona. Lo dovrebbero dire prima”
“Overall, this is a nice hotel. But I did have a few issues.
My flight was delayed for 24 hours and I sent an e-mail to the hotel to ask if I could delay my stay because of the delayed flight. I never got an answer to my e-mail and I ended up paying for a second night. Fair, but it would have been nice if they had answered my e-mail.
Beautiful lobby and well kept rooms, but two out of three elevators were out of order. The grounds were immaculate.
