“The owner made the check-in process easy. I got to the property late in the evening and the check in was easy. The cabana was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is in the main house right as you enter the house. Overall a great stay. ”

“Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Had no issues. Place was even cuter in person. You are within walking distance to beach and restaurants. I do wish there was a map of the condo complex, this would identify the clubhouse and exactly where the unit is located. We didn’t have any issues with locating the clubhouse or unit but others might. Would 10/10 recommend. ”

“Beautiful, scenic and peaceful location. We enjoyed our time on the deck, soaking in some sun, chatting with the neighbor and watching the goslings and wild bunnies. Only on suggestion would be to secure the top if the handrail and maybe add a short length at the bottom landing. We would love for a longer return stayCheers”

“Hearing the ocean roll in and out right under our deck was a peaceful and special experience. We hosted a family gathering to celebrate a family anniversary and this house was in an ideal location to enjoy our meals, beachcomb and relax - soaking up the views. It was a memorable weekend!”

“Lovely short stay at Birch Bay. Property was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen was well equipped for a small family reunion. Location was windswept (it was early March, so unsurprising!). Beds were very comfy. House warmed up quickly when the furnace was put on, although we had to turn it off overnight as we found it a little noisy, but that was our personal preference. Overall, would definitely stay again. Great property.”
