“Great for a quick stay over. However the rooms (on the 5th floor at least) are PAPER THIN! I could hear the guest in next room every word he said, every snore, everything. So I’m sure he could hear me. Made me feel uneasy and no privacy. Thankfully it was one night quick stay over. Loved the shuttle amenity. Great Uber eats availability, even in snowy weather late at night ✅”

“We got to this hotel and I had reserved a king size suite with kitchenette. When we got to our room it was 2 queen sized beds. The front desk told us there is a glitch and when it comes through to them it shows “2Q” or something and not the correct room. They didn’t have the correct room available to provide me unfortunately so we didn’t even stay and are supposed to be getting a refund. Very disappointing.”
