Questa bellissima casa vintage è stata completamente aggiornata! È situato in una posizione privilegiata nel quartiere di College Hills. Situato in posizione strategica, a 4 isolati a piedi dal Birmingham Southern College, a 2 isolati da Legion Field (McClendon Park). Minuti da UAB e St. Vincents: ospedali, aeroporto, centro, parchi, alcuni dei migliori ristoranti e vita notturna di Birmingham. Comodo per Interstates 65, 20/59 e Highway 280. 17 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus pubblico con circa 6 minuti di corsa breve che possono portarti a tutte le attrazioni del centro e alla stazione centrale dell'autorità di transito della contea di Jefferson.

Una casa vintage in stile meridionale, autenticamente degli anni '40 che è stata rinnovata per avere sia un mix della vita moderna di oggi con un layout vintage e ciondoli. Recentemente e completamente rinnovato, un grande alto 9 piedi + soffitto tre camere da letto, due casa storica con bagno completo con ampio portico coperto anteriore arredato con sedie a dondolo, panca, tavolo da pranzo con sedie e un ampio salotto all'aperto. Ha due box auto al vicolo con cortile recintato per un facile accesso alla casa senza camminare sulle scale di fronte. Ampio soggiorno con camino a legna e divano letto full / queen size, bella sala da pranzo formale e ampia cucina completamente attrezzata e bagno. Pulizia di pavimenti in legno in tutto. Ogni camera ha un letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato, un ampio spazio armadio in ogni camera. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti, TV a schermo piatto, via cavo, wifi, ecc. Questa è una casa molto bella, pulita e completamente attrezzata. Un'occasione per sentirsi a casa al prezzo di un hotel.
Trattamento simile all'hotel:
- Belle e comode lenzuola, cuscini, piumoni.
- Asciugamani di tre dimensioni, accappatoi, sapone per tutti i giorni per tutti 3 in 1, asciugacapelli, ecc. Forniti.
- Cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, tostapane, macchina per caffè Keurig a una tazza, macchina per caffè americano a 12 tazze, frullatore, pentole, asciugamani di carta, sacchetti della spazzatura, ecc.

RTJ Golf Trip

4 friends from Michigan came to Alabama to play the Robert Trent Jones golf trail. The house we rented was a perfect location to Oxmoor Valley and Ross Bridge. The house was very clean and in a really great location. House had tons of character and had a very large kitchen which we used every morning for breakfast. The outside patio is what sold us. It’s a beautiful wrap around porch. We were out there every evening after golf to unwind with a drink and laughter. I highly recommend this location. It was a great stay!!

Safe and pleasant stay

Communication with Suzy was great. House was beautifully old yet updated. Neighborhood felt very safe and was nicely quiet. Added bonus to be able to park in private detached garage. All the touristy places we visited were within 20 min drive of the house. Definitely recommend.

Disappointed

Owner neglected to be honest about the handicap challenges of this property. My daughter and I walked in the door and left after 10 minutes and checked into a hotel. When I questioned the owner/manager about this terrible omission her suggestion was "I can come over and help you into the house". Hardly the point. The front door offers a steep flight of steps up to front porch. And that is pictured but the real way to access is the house is in the back, down a dark alley. Once you park in the alley you must navigate uneven ground on a slope in the backyard and crooked steps etc to get inside. My 50 yr old daughter said we are not staying here because it is just a matter of time before I fall in this challenging space. I am also a manager/owner of a property on VRBO and the first sentence in our property description is "not handicap accessible". The owner/manager will not offer any refund or financial accommodation for this lapse in honesty.

Perfect for girls’ weekend

I stayed here with 2 friends for a girls’ weekend. Great location and easy drive or Lyft into town. Very tidy with comfortable beds and everything you need. Easy check-in. Would 100% recommend.

RTJ Golf Trip

Like others we booked the house as our lodging for Oxmoor Valley and Ross Bridge golf courses. The house was clean and well kept in a quiet residential neighborhood. One curve ball was we needed to log in to our own streaming service to watch network and local tv. Overall a quality lodging experience for us. I would go back again!

Look no further if you are coming to Birmingham...stay here!!

Three of us came to Birmingham to play golf at the Robert Trent courses. The house was exactly as listed....clean, everything needed for cooking, three nice bedrooms, close to the airport and downtown, and, the best part was the porch. After golf we would sit out there and have some snacks and beverages. We cooked all our meals but in driving around we noticed the house was close to many restaurants. David and Suzy (the owners) were immediately available from the booking process to throughout the stay. When we come back to Birmingham, we will be staying here again!!!

Charming rental in safe neighborhood

We really enjoyed spending the weekend in this home. Loved the big covered front porch with lots of chairs and a table, the very well-equipped kitchen and having a two car garage off the back alley. The home had a lot of charm but was updated and comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay there again!!!

The house was very clean and comfortable! It was close to a lot of amenities.

Our overall experience was nice! Quiet neighborhood. Just make sure you read the owners manual. It was my fault I didn’t read it, so we couldn’t use the washer and dryer to do our laundry. Susie offer to do it for us but it was ok.

The house was centrally located for for our drive to your relatives. It provided what we needed for our short stay. It was clean, well organized, and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the front porch which allow me and my sister to have quiet talks outside. The neighborhood was clean and quiet for early morning Yoga on the porch :-)

Wonderful Home

This gorgeous home located conveniently near downtown was the perfect choice for our weekend stay! The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors we met were very friendly. The house itself was roomy and beautifully decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. We are already discussing the possibility of staying here again for another trip to Birmingham that we have planned this winter!

Lovely and quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this roomy bungalow. The front porch was breezy and the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Convenient to downtown and other Birmingham hot spots.
