Southern Charm

We were all very humbled with the hospitality Dale showed us. I highly recommend people to stay here for more then 1 day to enjoy all of its beauty & comfort. Very spacious & clean home for everyone to enjoy

Wedding Party

This property accommodated our wedding guests comfortably. Mr. Callahan was more than gracious by leaving us a gift basket full of treats and a very nice note. He was a great host! This home was in a very nice, safe neighborhood. You could tell this home had been a family gathering space with lots of fond memories. Thank you for sharing your property.

Hoover Vacation Stay

Had a great time, we had 4 couples and 8 adults stay for a week, home was good sized and kitchen and common areas were nice gathering places. Front porch was large wrap around and also a nice gathering area. Bedrooms were spaced out on all 3 levels for some privacy which was nice. The lower level bedrooms had only one queen and smaller beds and bunk beds between the 2 rooms which would be great for kids but the other beds were a bit small for adults. Location was fantastic in a beautiful upscale neighborhood. Outside of home could use a powerwash to knock down cobwebs, but overall we had a great time at this home.

7 of us traveled to Birmingham for a football weekend. Dale's house had lots of space to accommodate us all. Great welcome basket, snacks and water. Great attention to details!

Between the Water

Beautiful home in a beautiful, cozy & quiet neighborhood - seemed more like a resort area with the homes between a lake & a river. From the moment I inquired about renting this home, Dale & his family were amazing & communicated well. They even added extra tv’s into the home as each of us enjoy different shows and/or movies. It was the perfect size for our crew & our baseball player enjoyed the media room, gaming tables & treadmill, in which he was also able to keep up with summer conditioning getting his miles in each day. If you’re looking for a place to host a crew for a few days or maybe even a week or two, look no further than this home. You won’t be disappointed.

Lot's Of Room For All

We needed a home our my son and family (5) and our adult daughter to stay with us five days. My daughter in law was extremely concerned her children ages 4, 7, and 10 would be bored if I didn't come up with additional activities. From the moment they arrived, they were playing indoors and outside with all the activities on site. They had a blast and didn't want to leave. Outside of one pizza outing to Brixx and the planned family reunion, we just enjoyed the home. With three floors, we each had our own space. I could not recommend this property more! Thank You Dale for everything!

Perfect Family Reunion

We found the property be warm and welcoming. It was the perfect home away from home with more than enough space to ensure everyone was comfortable. Everything we needed was readily at hand and the library was an unexpected bonus. We are so thankful to use the property as home base during our family reunion and were able to enjoy the weekend with our pets!

Wedding Weekend

We rented this home for our daughter's wedding weekend. We live an hour outside of Birmingham and didn't want to drive back and forth and wanted all wedding party members to be together. The bride and groom and all bridesmaids and groomsmen stayed together and had a nice relaxing evening and morning.

Very thoughtful host! Clean and comfortable!

We stayed with family for the weekend of our daughter’s graduation and we all enjoyed our stay very much. The host thought of everything. No need to worry if you have a trash bag or paper towels or dish soap. They left a lovely welcome basket with snacks which were appreciated by all. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The house is a bit dated but not a big deal. It has a separate ice maker which is great for a big group. Plenty of tables for game playing (and they have games for you to play). Great stay!
