“Showed up and tried checking in. Computer system was down. Took a while to come back up. The bed sucked. It was very worn out. Mattress too soft. Stream in shower consisted of 2 jets. Couldn’t get shampoo out of my hair. Wouldn’t ever stay there again!”

“Here’s a cleaner, balanced version that keeps your point without sounding like a rant:
The staff here have been great. I’ve stayed a total of 8 weeks across 3 separate reservations, so I feel like I’ve gotten a pretty good sense of the property.
Is it a 5-star hotel? No. But it’s about what you’d expect for the price point. Many residents appear to be long-term guests, and you’ll see things like kids catching the school bus from the parking lot.

“The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, but the couch cushion had stains on it. The sink in the kitchenette also drained slowly. We were thankful for the supplies in the room - dish soap, paper towels, etc. The property seemed newer and was nicely appointed. The grounds had some trash on it. The pool was dirty and cold with no pool towels clean. It closed fairly early too which was upsetting (8pm). The breakfast buffet was okay, but the warm food didn't stay that way, and they ran out of...
