The Space:

Guest Access:

Guests have access to all parts of the apartment and gardens. This apartment is made available solely for guest use, so you do not need to worry about any privacy concerns or finding owners belongings! It is all yours for the duration of your stay. Your apartment is part of a large development so there is a shared entrance to the building.



The Neighborhood:

Only 15 minutes’ walk from hotspots including The O2 Academy, Birmingham Hippodrome and The Mailbox, Park Central is the city’s most attractive residential enclave. The closest shop is Mason Local for groceries and essentials, and you also have a Greggs bakery located on site.



Situated amongst Park Central’s eight acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, guests will enjoy an oasis of tranquillity whilst being a convenient walk away from a variety of local amenities, social hubs, major nightlife venues, business centres and transport services.



So much is within easy reach of the Apartments. Easy reach Birmingham’s renowned Bull Ring shopping and leisure centre, China Town and the famous market district, Jewellery Quarter, in approximately six minutes. For journeys direct to London Euston, Birmingham New Street station is just 15 minutes’ walk away.



Home to three established universities, Birmingham is also largely regarded as a student city. The University of Birmingham’s campus ‘The Vale’ is around a 10 minute bike ride from the Roosevelt Apartments, whilst the city centre is overflowing with opportunities to enjoy its culture and creativity.



Halfway between Coventry and Wolverhampton, Birmingham is the central transport hub in the West Midlands, providing journeys up to Edinburgh through to London Euston. Whilst HS2 will certainly take this city’s status to an unprecedented new level, Birmingham’s connectivity is currently incredibly vast and accessible to cross-country destinations.



Birmingham also caters to road commuters with four motorways encircling the city, including the M5, M6, M40 and M42. If that wasn’t enough, Birmingham International Airport is just a 25 minute drive from the Apartments; perfect for business trips and weekend getaways.



Getting Around:

The apartments are centrally located with fantastic transport links. You are just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Birmingham which is hub for the main train stations, tram network, and bus stations. Just ask us if you need any specific information and we are happy to help.

To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, please keep the following in mind:



- Guests are required to complete a short check-in form and provide valid photo ID before arrival.



- The lead guest must be at least 23 years old.



- A refundable £150 security deposit is required. This may be waived for guests with strong, positive reviews.



- Please ensure all guests are included in your booking. Any additional visitors must be agreed in advance (additional charges may apply).



- We ask that guests respect the property and neighbours—no excessive noise or disruptive behaviour.



- Events, parties, or gatherings must be discussed and approved prior to booking.



- Late check-outs without prior approval may incur additional charges.
