The spacious double bedroom offers a plush bed with crisp hotel linen and ample storage. There’s a modern bathroom with shower-over-bath and complimentary toiletries. A sofa bed for 1 guest can be made up on request. Guests can also enjoy the on-site gym (induction required) and co-working space.



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the property.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre and Birmingham New Street train station both just a 10 minute walk away.



Getting Around:

Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10 minute walk.



Other Things to Note:

There is a sofa bed for 1 guest in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.

We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
