The apartment was very nice and the building had great amenities. The location was perfect for our stay in Birmingham. Will definitely stay here again.

Rented this VRBO with a couple family members while we had a lived one at UAB hospital. The condo was clean and nice as advertised. They supplied dishware, soap, coffee, etc. The bathrooms were very nice with large soaking tubs. There was a few things that made the stay a little uncomfortable. Firstly, the location of the property was right on the street in downtown Birmingham so you could hear all the traffic noise outside, honking, loud music, and even people talking outside. Secondly, the seating area in the living room consisted of a small futon that was rather uncomfortable to sit on. Thirdly, there was only two pillows per bed so be sure to bring extra pillows. Lastly, there was someone who was trying to check in to our room one day before our checkout date, so we were quite alarmed when someone was trying to open our door. Other than a few minor inconveniences, we were satisfied with the property and its close proximity to the hospital. We also appreciated being able to park in a parking deck off the street. Thank you!
