It was disgustingly, moldy, and dirty, and left stains on our clothes. It also left a weird smell and had water all over the floor. But other than that, it was lovely.”

“Have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, and while not exceptional, was always clean and staff friendly. This time I noticed that the general condition of the property has deteriorated; lamp fixtures broken, not really enough lights in the room, shower walls peeling and not in the best condition. At 1:30 am, I was awakened by a banging on my door, and someone attempting to open the door. When I looked, it was the owner; I opened the door and they said, "Oh sorry, wrong room. I...
