Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule—not a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each. “In a really central and fun area of Fremont. The spot was great for what it was—historic chic and relatively clean for a hostel. Only complaint was that the mobile radiator put out very little heat. The huge rooms get super cold in the 30-40 degree weather and could have used thicker (or an extra stash of) blankets in the lockers. ”

“I enjoyed my stay so much I do plan on coming again. I like finding hotels within walking distance from local theaters and this hotel is close to the Neptune Theatre here in Seattle. Parking for the hotel is under it so there was no parking in a separate location. There was road construction at the time of my stay and it was very confusing on what to do and where to go but after pulling over and calling the front desk they were able to guide me in to there location smoothly. “Room was remarkably clean and was tidied each day by housekeeping. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Pay parking available on street and in multiple parking garages available on streets around hotel, average $30 a day. AC works well, could use some more freshness. ”

“Room was not ready for 3pm. Halls needed a vacuum. Elevator was filthy. Pull out sofa do not have any pillows or blankets even though I booked the room for 4 adults. We had to call for bedding and got one sheet and one thin blanket. Only 3 towels provided. Expedia said the room included breakfast. Then they wanted $22 per person for breakfast so we left early to get food elsewhere. My card was charged an extra $100 for a deposit. This was not communicated to me. I have to wait 3 business days...

“Parking was good the majority of the trip, but the last night the parking lot was full and there were a number of guests scrambling for a space. Thankfully parking was free on street that night. Our room wasn’t cleaned on day. Overall, clean, and I know parking is no one’s fault, but the lack of cleaning and minimal response to that to make up for it was unfortunate.”
