Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule—not a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each. “The shadiest property ever. I reported that the fridge in our room was leaking and ruined $70 worth of food and the property manager tried blaming us for it and said they were going to make us pay for the damage. Then they had a maintenance guy come look at it and turns out it was their fault and the fridge was disconnected somehow. They are now refusing to reimburse us for all of the items in the fridge that were ruined because of them. Terrible company, terrible shady staff. Will definitely...

“I have always enjoyed staying at this particular hotel, right next to the Seattle Center. It's really well run with excellent staff.”

“Check in started off rocky bc their paid early check in that specifically states guarantees is not in fact a guarantee. Despite that, the staff did get us in quickly, and we were super pleased with everything else about our stay. ”
