“In a really central and fun area of Fremont. The spot was great for what it was—historic chic and relatively clean for a hostel. Only complaint was that the mobile radiator put out very little heat. The huge rooms get super cold in the 30-40 degree weather and could have used thicker (or an extra stash of) blankets in the lockers. ”

Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule—not a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each. On a cold night, we had issues with thermostats set to 64 running and running until we got very hot in the middle of the night and needed to crack windows and turn all...

“I enjoyed my stay so much I do plan on coming again. I like finding hotels within walking distance from local theaters and this hotel is close to the Neptune Theatre here in Seattle. Parking for the hotel is under it so there was no parking in a separate location. There was road construction at the time of my stay and it was very confusing on what to do and where to go but after pulling over and calling the front desk they were able to guide me in to there location smoothly. “Heater didn’t work on our first night and the surrounding rooms were so close you could hear everything. It’s a great location but pretty noisy ”

“Room was not ready for 3pm. Halls needed a vacuum. Elevator was filthy. Pull out sofa do not have any pillows or blankets even though I booked the room for 4 adults. We had to call for bedding and got one sheet and one thin blanket. Only 3 towels provided. Expedia said the room included breakfast. Then they wanted $22 per person for breakfast so we left early to get food elsewhere. My card was charged an extra $100 for a deposit. This was not communicated to me. I have to wait 3 business days...
