“Front desk staff was absolutely amazing in every way!!”

“Great cheap place to stay! I didn't like how the bed was right next to the window, though, where the curtain wasn't long enough to cover the light shining into my face at night. I had to put a pillow by the window just to block the light. The communal bathroom is okay, although I think they need new doors because they are so hard to close and lock.”

We enjoyed the food at the hotel, and our waitress, Victoria, was extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting interesting things to see. The hotel was such a close distance to a lot of attractions, restaurants, and the Monorail.”

“A young person named September checked us in and she was fabulous! Very nice and gave good restaurant recommendations. I liked where the hotel is located with the different food options and easy to get to the freeway. The breakfast options were great. Fresh fruit and the hot breakfast options were nice. I will definitely book here again”

“That view!! Excellent. The breakfast could’ve been better, just not much of a choice. I thought we were going to get a buffet style breakfast. The shower door wouldn’t close all the ay, but the floor didn’t get wet. I think all bathrooms should have an exhaust fan and a scrub brush. Other than those things I had a great stay and will stay there again.”

“Heater didn’t work on our first night and the surrounding rooms were so close you could hear everything. It’s a great location but pretty noisy ”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were deliciously comfortable. I appreciated that they had both firm and fluffy pillows and soft cotton sheets. The room was pretty. We were not bothered at all by sound from the neighborhood pub downstairs (I was worried when I saw it, but it was not a problem at all). I will definitely stay here again.”

“Our best stay was at this Residence Inn after a week of PacNW college touring! Incredible rooms, fantastic staff, and a balcony view overlooking the lake was the cherry on the cake. This is our go to place moving forward. 10/10!”

“I would recommend this place if you are looking for a place to sleep only and not have your own transportation. Parking is extremely limited. Some nights there were weird smells that I could not pinpoint what it was. However, it was actually very clean 👍”
