“The office had to be unlocked when we arrived at 3 pm which makes me feel unsafe, the office smelled aweful, no real parking so we returned the key and got another room. I realize it is a cheap room but for $50 more I had a very nice room at the Hyatt in Titusville. In fairness we never even went inside the room which was on the second floor where you had to walk by junk cars to get to. Be cautious. Best $100 I threw away to be safe.”

“The property is amazing with great amenities and a perfect location. The one big downfall of the property is the bartender named Clinton. He is very rude and doesn’t make cocktails to the specifications of the customer. But I can deal with that but his rudeness is too much. And he closes the bar an hour early and just disappears. He is also very racist and as much as I love the property I would never stay there again due to his lack of professionalism and his racist attitude.”

“First property very well maintain and the agent at the desk was very professional she had good personality. Our rooms were so clean and refreshing were had a good nights sleep beds were comfortable.The air conditioning was excellent.I will be back .”

“Check-in was super easy, and the room was decently cleaned. Great location convenient to a lot of places. No issues there. The murphy bed was uncomfortable, and our refrigerator didn’t work after we bought groceries. The property referred us to an after hours number that didn’t help at all. We figured out how to fix it ourselves after a lot of researching. The property didn’t seem to be concerned because they didn’t write back again until the next day and never came to check on it.
