Right on the beach, low-key environment, short walk to the wonderful bars, restaurants, and nightlife on Flagler Ave. Private 'beaching area' just for salty mermaid only. Rent a golf cart / e-bike and explore. Only complaint was shower head, needs a new one. Other than that, perfect for us on our 20th wedding anniversary. Thank you!”

“Lovely, helpful staff. Nice room's. One bathroom was old and just old... The second room had a nice, clean bath. Deck furniture was grubby, but I assume all upholstery is generally grubby, carpet too. Outside foliage had died and been cut back, so all the trash was visable. We cleaned it up ourselves. That grossed me out a little... There is access to the pool deck from the street and the beach, so folks are marching in with their chairs, umbrellas, coolers, strollers etc., and hogging all the...

“My daughter and I had a girls weekend to go to the NCA competitions. The place itself was decent and clean. Although it is on the older side it was kept up. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. Being it was just my daughter and myself I had no way of knowing who has a key...

“Struttura indubbiamente da ristrutturare completamente. Mobili antiquati, aria condizionata rumorosa, finestre che non si chiudono e cigolano, moquette umida e con un cattivo odore, bagno da rifare. I servizi sono buoni, hanno the e caffè nella Holl. La piscina e la jacuzzi calda sono carine proprio sul mare, e devo dire che anche il manager é molto disponibile. ”

“La struttura è sul mare in un contesto di grandi strutture alberghiere di nuova costruzione che la circondano. A noi è stata assegnata una family room (locale di circa 60 mq) pulita ma con necessità di un rinnovamento. Unica nota negativa la colazione veramente deludente e lontana dallo stile americano, almeno di base.”
