“From the time we arrived until we left the next morning everything was perfect! Audrey who checked us in showed us the entire property and was so friendly and helpful. I called the day before we arrived to confirm our reservation and mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday. When Audrey took us to our room there was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting. The room was spectacular with so much detail and nothing left to chance. The water view from our balcony came complete with dolphin...

“The room and entire property was horrible. The room looked like it was furnished with good will cast offs including the bedding & curtains. It smelled horrible as well. We couldn't even stay there & found another hotel.”

“Hardly any room service, had to ask almost every day for towels and toilet paper. Stayed 1 week and they didn’t vacuum the sand all week or clean the sheets and restock any amenities. I’ve stayed there several times before and never been this unsatisfied with the property.”
