“Ho apprezzato soprattutto la cortesia e la disponibilità della reception e la posizione dell'albergo, da cui si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi sia la zona del Fisherman che il Parlamento. Vicinissima la fermata del bus per andare ai Butchart Gardens. Nella hall è sempre disponibile gratuitamente per gli ospiti caffè americano e tè caldo.”

“The property was amazing from the lobby with the Koi fish ponds to the pool and hot tub! The room was great with a nice patio to sit at and enjoy the views of the park across the street. Having all the amenities in the room (fridge, stove, microwave, coffee makers, kettle, etc) and the washer/dryer combo unit was really handy. Onsite spa and especially the onsite coffee shop and free bike use were great bonuses as well, but the main thing that set this place apart was the staff! To mention a few...

The pool/hot tub/sauna area is actually pretty clean and a really nice spot to hang out with the family! The whole.place gives a family friendly vibe, which is really nice! We will definitely be staying there again!”

Staff assigned a room on the ground floor next to where Babbage cans line a wall. Looking out the window at a tall wall, The mattress of queen beds were so soft that it bends your body into a very uncomfortable position. Should change mattresses more frequently and procure firmer ones. Staff changed our room the next day, however, it was...

“Fisherman’s Wharf is a vibrant area right on the water. For me the location was well situated near family I was visiting. The houseboats are a nice addition and I’m glad I got to experience staying on one.”
