Il personale un po’ snob, praticamente entri ed esci senza che ti vedi o ti saluti qualcuno, essenziale alle richieste. Nel complesso superlativo ”

“We upgraded to the penthouse suite and loved it! The patio and 180 degree view of the harbour was one of the best views we’ve experienced. We loved the location and how the restaurants were so close, we’ll definitely return.”

“Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!”

“Bathroom smelled like raw sewage or rotten fish / dead animal.. maybe the P-trap or sewer system has a problem or maybe it really is animal-related. Room was never cleaned properly over 3 days. Amazingly bad homeless and addicts in the area. Worst neighborhood situation ever. All that aside, the restaurant was awesome and the front desk staff super friendly. But whatever causes that smell needs to be fixed.”

“Good hotel and good and kind staff at the front desk. I would highly recommend. We were with young children and kids loved it. Clean rooms with a nice view of the city, park. Room decore is modern and full size kitchen. The lobby had beautiful pond with fishes. Lovely coffee shop that is open late 7am to 9pm. Free parking lot in the garage of the hotel. Building B welcomes pets. Building A is free of pets. Hotel location is about 10-15 walking distance to the center water plaza. The walk to...

“The kids really enjoyed the seals, otters, and blue herons in the harbour. Additionally, the pool, hot tub, and enjoyable stroll or water taxi to the other side of the harbour. The staff, views, and location were incredible!”

“Beautiful and colourful place. Location was perfect. Room had what we needed and was had a great retro aesthetic. The Ruby had very enjoyable and high quality breakfast/lunch fare. Did not use the pool, slide or hot tub but everyone we heard seemed to be having lots of fun”

“The Spinnakers Heritage House was an excellent place to stay while visiting Victoria. The room was absolutely lovely. We really enjoyed the local soaps and tea. It is a great location - close enough to walk to downtown and cafes in West Vic. The staff was great and we enjoyed our complimentary truffles and beer flight at the pub. We would love to come back in the future - so sad to hear it will be closing!”

“We (2) stayed in the comfort room for 8 days. When we first got here, we were a little disappointed with not having a standing shower in the room but overtime we made it work! The room itself was really clean and housekeeping came every single day. The staff here are incredibly kind and provided us with everything we asked for. The breakfast was 10/10 every single day. We couldn't be more happy. It's very quiet too. We will definitely come back here again. So thankful for the staff here, truly....

“I enjoyed the experience of a well maintained heritage building and bright open large rooms filled with antiques and new luxury mattresses. The breakfast room was a perfect Victorian vintage theme in a room with stained glass window toppers and a view over looking the ocean. English garden flowers growing in the grounds and only a short walk to the park the ocean or a local grocer. Perfect romantic delightful stay.”
