Residence a Bishop's Stortford

“La camera presentava molta polvere. Purtroppo, il servizio navetta costa quasi 5€ a persona.”

“Ottima struttura pulita accogliente e con colazione ottima da consigliare ”

“No air-conditioning. (Just in case you need it.) A fan was supplied in the room and like the room could do with a good clean. Dresser glass top you could see the dust laying on top. Chair provided also had food remains, hair and dust from previous guests. Bed matress should have been retired many ,many guests ago. Springs digging in and undulating as lay. Bathroom was comparatively clean but also like the rest of the room very tired in appearance. Car park can be a little cramped, and can make...

“Mancava l'acqua calda; abbiamo chiesto alla reception e ci hanno detto che il guasto sarebbe stato risolto in 10-15 minuti. Purtroppo non è stato risolto. Il termosifone della camera da letto non era funzionante. Abbiamo chiesto il prezzo del taxi per l'aeroporto e ci hanno dato un'informazione sbagliata. Fortunatamente abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte”

“The breakfast is amazing. The room is cozy and the bed is comfortable. The host which is the owner are very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.”

“La camera sporca , letto rotto porta della camera che non si chiudeva, bagno fatiscente e senza carta.”

“The property is quaint/unusual. Not easily seen from the road if arriving in the dark. Provisions given in the room and the landing were excellent and fabulous location for Stansted airport. However, on opening the front door noted that the hall carpet was slightly worn and the room allocated had a shower in the room rather than the bathroom. Otherwise very comfortable stay and would book again, but request a room with a definite bathroom.”

“Good facilities and very friendly host but not as clean as it could be inside with dirty soap tray in shower and cobwebs and bugs in bathroom. Front door area was a bit cluttered and common entrance had some odour from being a utility room. ”

“Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for. The floor, bedding and toilet were clean. However, the windows were covered in cobwebs, the chairs were stained, there were not enough cups for all three of us,...

“Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC”
