“All the staff we interacted with were brilliant. Front desk, bar and restaurant, and the spa. Could not have been friendlier, or more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. But Zara on front desk was exceptional. She made us so welcome, and on discovering details about our reservation were not on their record, organised a card and gifts to make our celebration that much more special. The grounds and spa are great. Our room was excellent. ”

“Great early arrival time, staff excellent and very helpful, room clean, beds comfortable had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was of good quality and well presented again the staff was very organised and he helpful with the menu. Only thing I would recommend is better shower tap (one with thermostat). Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again.”
