“Everything was as said but water would run out unexpectedly and last many hours sometimes even almost whole day, air conditioning in master bedroom was not functioning as should, it was on a timer and at one point in time it just wasn’t working, no hot water at all.”

“was not provided with a Ground floor Suite. Instead was provided with a Simple Motel quality room on the 2nd floor, that lacked Any furniture = Nowhere to sit. No complimentary Safe. Poor internet access. Soft bed, with Extra-Large pillows = too full / bad for the neck. The Food was fair / Ok. Nothing Special, even in the better restaurants. Had to reserve a table each day = A Real Hassle. 3rd -World quality Shuttle bus to get around the resort. Water drinks and low quality beer / wine.Security...

“The check in process was easy. I loved the apartment complex, the location was perfect. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It’s a 4 minute drive to the monument. Puerto Plata was a 1hr 15 min drive, which was lovely. I enjoyed my stay in Santiago, the city is beautiful.”

“Everything went well, the only problem we had was the fact that the downstairs neighbor kept complaining about our kids making too much noise even though we were gone all day. The host was very accommodating, very kind, very communicative. She listened to both sides of the story, and everything worked out in the end. Overall, I would recommend anyone stays here. We were also in a very central location, and were able to drive to a lot of places.”

“Tutto ben tenuto e curato nulla da eccepire al riguardo, ma proprietà molto rigida riguardo gli extra, ad esempio stavo valutando un upgrade per un appartamento con aria condizionata ma quasi mi sarebbe costato come il costo di una notte!.... Inoltre sfortunatamente ho rotto un bicchiere che mi è stato poi fatto pagare a fine soggiorno.”
