We should have been informed by the hotel or Expedia.
What compensation will there be for this disappoint.”

“Lovely location with beautiful views. We had asked if we could have a room with a view, but on arrival we were given ground floor which was quite dark inside and overlooking the rooms accross from ours, we were moved to an upper floor again overlooking the next accommodation block and a little brighter, if you book try and get one with a view.
The bed was comfortable but the bathroom shower cubicle leaked water and the shower head kept dropping so had to keep adjusting it really needs a new...
