“This was a terrific place to stay while visiting family in Novato. The room was very spacious and very clean. Customer service was excellent-staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical for what one would expect of a free breakfast at a hotel, however, they could improve by offering more fresh fruit choices and yogurt in individual containers-the yogurt from the yogurt machine was not good. Other breakfast choices were very nice. ”

There was a mix up when i arrived, but it was quickly fixed with a short call to the owners from the gal working there in the restaurant (who was extremely friendly and helpful). I loved the convenience of self-check-in and out and having the restaurant and bar underneath, which was amazing.
