“It smells damp, the bathroom walls are damp and damaged, the bedroom floor is dirty, there are cockroaches, the pool is useless, with love and investment they can make a better hotel”

“Lovely hotel....very clean, spacious and very nicely decorated lobby, breakfast buffet had variety of choices...good food...pool and hot tub very nice...pool area included some very comfy chairs as well as standard pool chairs..Room was clean and pleasant...would definitely go back.”

“Dated but clean, well maintained property. A bargain in Gainesville. Only negative, the flood lights in the parking lot bleed into the rooms despite blackout curtains. The strong light gives the impression the area is not safe. The area is safe. Tone down those lights. ”
