Books a connecting room and did not get it , pool deck door did not work was blocked . Check in was poor no information. Was not told about even being held had to park a block away from hotel due to event. Hotel was cold beds where poor broken and wore out. Carpets were dirty .

Staff was friendly, room was clean, except the tub, beds, we’re uncomfortable very firm, the hot tub was not very hot, when the bubble's finally came on they were very dirty, Water slide only open on weekends, breakfast was good whatever was there, they didn’t refill when something was out after ...
