“My husband is disabled so we requested a handicap accessible room. The room we were assigned had a whirlpool tub with a drain stopper that didn't work. No problem since he couldn't use the whirlpools but stepping over the tub side was difficult for him. Handicap accessibility is better achieved with a walk-in shower. The tub did have grab bars which helped.”

“The rooms are nice we stay here when visiting Disneyland, the only down side is that the halls are very loud and will wake you up, as well as the people upstairs, you could hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING!”

“Camera pulita e completa ,colazione proprio al limite per non dire che non c'era niente, struttura datata in tutti gli ambienti e odore di vecchio sia in camera che in tutto il resto dell'hotel,comunque per il prezzo pagato ci sta.”

“Ottimo hotel in zona tranquilla e camere spaziose e pulite. Buoni servizi anche nella zona . Il personale è stato molto gentile e la colazione era ottima. Ci tornerei.”

“When we checked in, they refused to split the bill between 2 of us because he didn’t want to pay another fee. I had asked for a first floor room because of my COPD, but they gave us a 2nd floor one. Our first room had hair on the sheets, and when we lifted the bottom sheet, there were crumbled leaves on the mattress pad. They didn’t give us enough towels and we had to chase someone down to get some. I absolutely would not stay there again.”

“The staff here is the friendliest around, always accommodating, rooms are always clean and properly is very well lit (for your safety).. I would definitely recommend a stay here.”

“I’m so sorry to say this the stuff was lovely and very accommodating but the hotel was so disgusting not clean. The carpet was dirty in the room smelled bad and the bathtub was clogged. We were taking a shower and the water wouldn’t go down. I have pictures”
