“Location, Location ,Location!!! The rooms are a bit dated. Furniture is old but comfortable. Cleaning crew could do a better job in the bathroom as there was mold in several places. Bed was super comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfast was a dream. Elevators are fast and parking is ample. Brea Mall is right next door and it’s really nice. Lots of restaurant choices for any budget. And shopping if you’re inclined.”

“Booked 2 queen room through Expedia. We intentionally don’t book sofa bed because they are uncomfortable. We were given king and sofa bed. Called front desk and was told they were sold out. Then what is even the purpose of a reservation? Why does it matter if it was through a third party or not? It’s a reservation. Lobby has a very chemical smell. Shower was dirty. King bed, I felt every movement that my partner made. And just like I thought, sofa bed was awful. Room was otherwise clean. Asked...

“This was one of the most run-down hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything seemed broken or poorly maintained. The shower didn't have a drain plug, there were holes in both the bathroom walls and the room walls, and there was dirt on the bathroom counter and throughout the floor. The floor was uncarpeted, making the dirt even more noticeable. The pool was completely unusable because it had no water in it. The entire property looked neglected and in need of major repairs.
