“Was disappointed with the front do being not accessible for anyone disabled like myself it was very difficult to enter the room door was stuck, couch bed was dirty someone was eating on it & maid service didn’t clean it , Maria at the breakfast area was very rude to all the clientele that was trying to get their breakfast other then that I like the atmosphere of the hotel, I think staff should take edicts on how to treat ppl when dealing with customer service . “When we arrived I inquired about a room with a walk in shower. So they upgraded us to a one bedroom with walk-in shower.”

“Breakfast was very good and the Team kept the place very clean and were friendly and helpful. The Gym and Pool were well maintained and were available until midnight which was very convenient compared to most hotels. There's a very nice mall adjacent to the Hotel with plenty of restaurants in the area and felt safe to walk, even at night. We would heartily recommend staying at this Embassy Suites and will definitely stay here again. Anthony Lee”

“Room was decent, but the TV didn’t work and the AC wouldn’t cool the room. I accidentally left my phone charger on my first night. I called the front desk after I left and they said they would call me right back. They never called back. I came back thru town a few days later and stayed again and they still had no idea about the charger. Nor did they try to find it. Breakfast was poor at best. Cold eggs and bad coffee. Will not stay here again. ”
