“Arrived in a freezing room No heat available especiysincevi live in 100 degree vegas No maintenance available Fortunately was able to switch at midnight .. also no one picked up the phone to ask about breakfast Missed by 3 mins ! But staff very friendly Property was being turned over from another property”

“Toilet was clogged my entire stay, they tried to fix it but nothing happened. The room ws no properly cleaned.”

“There was no tea, no coffee—not even a cup on the hotel room. There was only a single clothes hanger. The hallway carpet was old and frayed. The door was rather rickety.”

“If you’re looking for a no frills room that’s clean this place is for you. Aside from the people next to our room being a bit loud most of the night one of our two night stays, it was fairly ok. The bathtub was a bit dirty. I’d rather spend more money for hotel.”

“Dirty lobby. Dirty hallways. Dirty floors. Dirty walls. Dirty kitchen. Room smells dirty. Hair found on the linens and don’t even get me started on the bathroom! This place should be torn down.”

“Bedbugs on my pillow. And showed picture to staff and requested a full refund . Employe Pillar told me to send her the pictures and she was going to showed them to manager. So i forward the pictures and still no refund. ”

“I was apprehensive because it’s an older hotel but it was super clean! Kudos to their staff for keeping it in such prestige condition. It could easily be rundown and it was very well maintained! The rooms are super spacious as well. The front desk agent with red hair, Faith maybe (sorry I forgot her name), went above and beyond to accommodate our girls for prom.
