“Dirty linens when we went to lay down, no clean linens were available at that time so we had to sleep on a dirty bed, staff was not helpful. Washer machines that take quarters yet front office had no quarters. Elevators sounded like they were about to break, floors throughout property were not maintained. Ice machine was not working, no water in the water machine in a ridiculously small laughable fitness center. WiFi can’t even run their own TVs let alone any of my devices. Breakfast was so...

The shower didn't have a drain plug, there were holes in both the bathroom walls and the room walls, and there was dirt on the bathroom counter and throughout the floor. The floor was uncarpeted, making the dirt even more noticeable. The pool was completely unusable because it had no water in it. The entire property looked neglected and in need of major repairs.
