Case in affitto a Black Hawk

“We loved staying here the first time, and was glad we had the opportunity to book again for a second stay. This was the perfect property to bring my elderly mother; accessible while providing her with an amazing view of the valley to the south. A lot of hiking trails require a short drive; but I've always been impressed with what a beautiful region this is in the midst of Gilpin county.”

“It’s a great property. More than exceeded our expectations.”

“We throughly enjoyed our stay. The home is well appointed with everything we needed for our week long adventure. The on property hikes, wildlife and the most amazing sunsets made it hard to want to venture into town. It’s private but still close to town to grab groceries or a bite. We had ice cream and had lunch at Ned’s General Store which was excellent. Our trip was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!”

“The property provided all the basic necessities that we could ask for except that the no air conditioning made sleeping very difficult for the four nights we were there. If we kept the windows closed because of the highway noise, then it became very hot and if we open the windows again, we had the traffic noise. We particularly liked sitting on the balcony the back patio and having the mountain greenery right there at our feet with even a short path that we could use for a slight bit of...

“The house was well decorated. Good location. The advertisement says no central air, we just happened to come when it was unseasonably warm which made sleeping upstairs uncomfortable. Other than that it went well. Would be a very cozy property in fall and winter”

“Neat, clean, and eclectic place on a peaceful pond where wildlife frequent. The host’s book was helpful and easy to understand, and checkout expectations were minimal. The hot tub was welcome after our hike to St. Mary’s glacier from the house.”

“Fantastic spot in the mountainside of Idaho springs!!!! Highly recommend this place!!”

“This was a lovely quiet space to come home to each night while I was attending some buddhist teachings during the day. I very much enjoyed it.”

“This is our third time visiting the home and to say my husband and I are obsessed is an understatement. All the thought that the hosts have put into the "little things" make the cabin feel like a fun, safe, sexy and eclectic safe haven. We've been during winter, fall and spring and can safely say Spring is our favorite. We love sitting on the deck with a latte and watching the humming bird and listening to the wind through the trees (among other not so PC things). Highly recommend a visit.”
