Cockroaches in the bathroom and on the coffee bar. The room had a really strong perfume smell that was overpowering and not pleasant. I would have told reception but it was unmanned when I left.

Lovely spacious room. Sunroom was great to have a place to sit and read. Owner very kind and thoughtful. Restaurant The Cottage was excellent! Chef Shane and all his staff were so welcoming and food was amazing - so we dined there twice. A little gem in Armidale!

We enjoyed having a bedroom separate from the living area so there were no appliance lights shining when we were getting to sleep. The Studio was very clean, spacious and well-equipped.
