“The staff was nice. However, there had been a fire in the hotel the night before I got there. None of the fire alarms were in working order. And due to the fire, no breakfast was served, even though that was supposed to be part of the price. The bathroom had peeling paint. The floor felt gross. The whole place kind of had a musty smell like the second day they started to repair the fire alarms without letting us know which caused them to go off constantly. “Personale gentile. Stanza ampia e pulita ma vicino alla finestra c’era un pezzo di carta da parati che veniva via. L’ascensore la mattina era molto sporco, c’era un mozzicone di sigaretta per terra e il pavimento era appiccicaticcio. La zona colazione alle 8.30, quindi mezz’ora prima della fine del servizio era molto caotica e disorganizzata. Quando siamo scesi non c’era nulla e il ragazzo stava rifornendo tutto nello stesso momento. Avrebbe potuto farlo man mano di modo che non si creasse...

“Everything was great or expected but the room could've been cleaner. Was a faint odor resembling but likely not vomit. Hairs in shower and sink.”

“The room needs new updated furniture. The rugs need to be replaced and the toilet is much too low. There should be rubber bath mats in every bathroom so not to slip in the shower. More untensils should be supplied in the kitchen. The fan needs to be fixed because it makes too much noise.”
