“This is a nicely designed and maintained hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. My only complaint is there is a good amount of noise from cars as the hotel is situated on the main road through the town. Also, if you’re driving a car and need to turn left onto the main road, it can be tricky due to the traffic traveling on the road in both directions and there’s no side exit from the parking lot onto a street with a stoplight or stop sign. “This is a dirty place. The customer service is terrible. The management is even worse. They charged a fee for my ESA pets when they weren’t supposed to and then forgot to give me my deposit back. Never again!”

“From the moment you walk in the door the staff is there to greet you, the property is clean, and the ambiance of feeling at home is right there. Everything is well marked from restrooms to elevators to the pool & gym. This hotel is one of the best ive ever had the pleasure of staying at. Rooms are spacious and comforting. “breakfast had horrible selection. was just waffles you can cook, Oatmeal, hard-boil eggs and possibly yogurt. options were very minimal. we had to go elsewhere for Breakfast after we left. ”

“Definitely don't expect anything spectacular. Bed covers had stains and cigarette burns. Hot water was inconsistent when showering. Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows were sad. For the price, I'd expect more updated facilities (~$100+/night). Bath towels were tiny and thin. Did not eat breakfast. If you're desperate, it's a place to lay your head but otherwise, I'd recommend going elsewhere.”
